Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. All prices F.O.B. Granitec Industries L.L.C. Sedro-Woolley, Washington.
2. Terms of sale: Net 30 days from invoice.
3. Amounts unpaid by the end of the month following purchase are past due and are subject to a 1 1/2% finance charge per month.
4. All payments apply first to accrued finance charges, then to costs, expenses and penalties, then to oldest invoice.
5. If the account is referred to collections, then Buyer agrees to pay all court costs, attorney fees and costs.
6. An order shall not be canceled except by mutual consent. Seller is not required to consent.
7. Only normal inventory goods can be returned for credit. Credit is issued to the purchaser in the amount of the invoice
price of the goods if returned within 10 days and less a minimum 10% return charge after 10 days. No credit is allowed for damaged merchandise or accompanied by invoice.
8. Claims for shortage or damage are not allowed unless made at the time of delivery and/or pick up. If shipment is F.O.B. buyer, then Buyer shall resolve all claims for shortage or damage with the carrier unless Buyer in writing requests
Seller to assist in claim resolution.
